• Hotel Pick-Up: Starts at 08:00 AM. The day before the course, we will contact you to confirm the final and accurate pick-up time for your hotel.
• Course Duration: Approximately 8–8.5 hours per day.
• Return to Hotel: Around 16:30.

• Passport and travel insurance photos, or photos of them on your phone
• Small backpack to carry belongings
• Swimsuits
• Beach towel (from the hotel)
• Sunglasses, sun hat, and sunscreen
• Extra bottled water
• Suitable water shoes
• Any necessary medication
• Camera or smartphone for photos
• Money for additional expenses

• At least 50% of the course value must be paid upon confirming the bookingand and at least one day before the start of the course.  .
• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the course’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start time, the 50% amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
