  • At least 50% of the trip cost must be paid after booking confirmation and at least one day before the start of the trip.  
  • For a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If cancelled less than 24 hours before the experience, the 50% amount already paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If the trip is canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered either a different date or a full refund.
