• Hotel Pick-up: Starts at 10:00 AM or 14:00 PM. The day before the trip, we will contact you to confirm the final and accurate pick-up time for your hotel.

• Trip Duration: The experience takes around 2 hours.

• Swimming Availability: Due to the sensitivity of dolphins and to avoid physical strain, only a limited number of swims are allowed per day. It is necessary to confirm the availability of swimming activities before booking.

• Children’s Rules:

• Children under 3 years are not allowed to swim with dolphins.
• Children 3 to 7 years can swim only if accompanied by an adult who can swim and wearing a lifejacket (payment charged for two persons).
• Children with disabilities or motor issues can swim only in lifejackets and accompanied by an adult who can swim.

• Pregnancy & Health Restrictions: Pregnant women are not allowed to swim with dolphins.

• Safety & Conduct Rules:

• Swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
• Remove all jewelry and rings to avoid injury to yourself and the dolphins.
• Hair must be secured and neat before entering the pool (long hair must be tied back)

• At least 50% of the trip cost must be paid after booking confirmation and at least one day before the start of the trip.  
• Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts to receive a full refund
• Late Cancellation: Canceling less than 24 hours before the start time will forfeit the 50% deposit
• Changes: Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted
• Cut-off Times: Based on the experience’s local time
