• Hotel Pick-up: Starts at 10:00 AM or 14:00 PM. The day before the trip, we will contact you to confirm the final and accurate pick-up time for your hotel.

• Trip Duration: The experience takes around 2 hours.

• Weight Requirements:

• Solo Flying: Minimum 50 kilograms
• Two-Person Flying: Maximum 180 kilograms

• Pregnancy Restriction: Pregnant women are not allowed to fly on parasailing

• Passport & Travel Insurance: Photos saved on your phone
• Swimwear or Sportswear
• Water Bottle: A small bottle to stay hydrated
• Camera or Smartphone: For photos
• Money: For additional expenses

• At least 50% of the trip cost must be paid after booking confirmation and at least one day before the start of the trip.  
• Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts to receive a full refund
• Late Cancellation: Canceling less than 24 hours before the start time will forfeit the 50% deposit
• Changes: Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted
• Cut-off Times: Based on the experience’s local time
• Weather Policy: This experience requires good weather. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or a full refund
