• Hotel Pick-up: Starts at 08:00 AM. The day before the trip, we will contact you to confirm the final and accurate pick-up time for your hotel.

• Return to Hotel: Around 17:00 PM.

• Passport & Travel Insurance: Photos on your phone or physical copies

• Small Backpack: To carry personal belongings

• Beach Towel: From the hotel

• Sun Protection: Sunglasses, sun hat, and sunscreen

• At least 50% of the trip cost must be paid after booking confirmation and at least one day before the start of the trip.  
• Full Refund: Cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts to receive a full refund
• Late Cancellation: Canceling less than 24 hours before the start time will forfeit the 50% deposit
• Changes: Any changes made less than 24 hours before the start time will not be accepted
• Cut-off Times: Based on the experience’s local time
• Weather Policy: This experience requires good weather. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
